RETURNS
The following are basic guidelines for a Pharmagel International, Inc. product return:
Promotional and Open Stock Product Return
All returned goods must be in original packaging and complete selling units. Pharmagel will accept returns within 14 days of purchase. All returns will be inspected by Pharmagel before credit is issued. No credits will be issued for unpacked product. All loose product sent to Pharmagel will not be processed as a return.
Defective Merchandise
Product that has been misused or abused will not be accepted as a defective return.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact Pharmagel within 7 days of delivery at (800) 882-4889. Please be prepared to supply the order number and item number, and we will make every effort to assist you with your return. If you do not contact Pharmagel before you send the damaged item back, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. Online merchandise sent back to Pharmagel 14 days or more after the date of purchase cannot be accepted/processed as a return.
